We are looking for volunteers to man the road closures on carnival day. You must be over 18 but no experience necessary – we provide the high viz jackets! If you can help please email bexhillcarnivalsecretary@gmail.com
Charity Partners Chosen
This year the committee have chosen two local charities that help children and their families in Bexhill and surrounding areas deal with the devastating news that they have cancer. Helping with creating happy memories and giving treats to make life just a little bit easier. We hope you will agree these are such worthwhile charities and will give generously to the procession collection. Those charities are Jack Jeffreys Superhero Trust and Children with Cancer Fund.
We need sponsors
The planning for carnival is in full swing, however costs are rising every year. More than ever we need sponsors who would like to get on board and help keep the carnival running. In return you will get advertising on social media, in the Polegrove and in our programme. Please do get in touch if you would like to get involved.
Theme decided!
The committee have taken on board all of the suggestions from the social media pages and voted that this years theme will be MOVIES. This gives lots of scope for everyone to go wild and come up with some amazing procession entries. Will you do old movies, Disney movies, Sc-Fi, Rom-Com, Classics? There is so much choice and we cant wait to see what you come up with.

2026 Planning under way!
We were so pleased to welcome everyone who came along to share ideas and discuss carnival 2026 last week. We have since held the AGM and welcomed 8 new members to the committee. This will make a huge difference, not only having more hands on deck but lots of new ideas and a fresh perspective. Keep an eye out on our social media for some sneaky peeks of whats coming in 2026.
